Refund and Returns Policy

At FabricNexoTop, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures you can return items easily and receive the refund you’re entitled to.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns or process refunds.
  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear or is damaged.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Personalized or customized products
    • Gift cards
    • Digital products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Info@fabricnexotop.com or call (646) 336-7281 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Packaging the Item: Once approved, securely package the item with its original packaging and all accessories.
  3. Shipping the Item: Send the item back to us using the provided return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  4. Refund Process: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The processing time for refunds may take up to 10 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
